Virgin MiFi owners rejoice! The device can now be used with a new $40/month unlimited data plan, with no restrictions, or at least under normal usage. Just to recap, "you can share the 3G data connection with up to five devices via Wi-Fi, which means netbooks, notebooks, cellphones and iPads." Continue reading for a video tour.
You'll need to buy the MiFi itself, for $150 (there is also an $80 USB dongle available for laptop users), but you'd be paying that indirectly anyway if you signed up for a contract.[via Wired]

The first Samsung Galaxy Tab commercial has hit the web, and it essentially shows of the device's "capabilities in an Apple-ish sort of way." The Android-based tablet will let you connect to the web via a 3G connection or 802.11n Wi-Fi, and it's got both a front- and rear-facing camera, which is something the iPad is seriously lacking. This will allow it to do things like augmented reality and video calling, things one expects to see made possible in the next version of the iPad.[via Crunchgear - Dvice]

Paul "Hungry Bear" Vasquez, also known as the double rainbow guy, was recently hired by Microsoft to be in their latest Live Photo Gallery commercial, capturing none other than a double rainbow. Continue reading for the videos.
Microsoft explained the collaboration in a blog post: "We hooked up with Bear to learn more about him & show him how to capture a full on double rainbow with Windows Live Photo Gallery using our panorama stitch feature. It's so intense!"[via HuffingtonPost]
